Anna's Training and Education Approach

I love working with people who are motivated to make transformational changes and focus their attention on what truly matters to them. It takes courage to take risks and step outside our comfort zone to pursue the things that inspire us.

My training style mirrors my coaching philosophy - holistic, engaging, and grounded in practical application. I believe that experiential learning is the most effective way to develop skills and gain confidence. I seek to create a safe and collaborative environment where participants feel supported and equipped to evolve their coaching skills and refine their unique coaching style.

Since my initial coach training in 2011 I've continued to expand my coaching knowledge in Leadership, Multiple Brain Integration (mBIT), Mindfulness, Ontology (Way of Being), Neuroscience, and Mental Wellbeing.
