Our facilitators are all credentialed coaches with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
ICF Accredited Coaching Course
ICF Accredited Level 1 Coach-Specific Training Hours.
ONLINE COACHING COURSE
This course can be completed from anywhere in New Zealand and Australia.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Groups of up to 10 participants allows for connection and personal attention.

Learning Outcomes:

Study Commitment:
75 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (Level 1):
- 45 live, online class hours
- 19 independent learning hours
- 11 coach mentoring hours
- 3 optional hours of group coaching supervision

Pathway to Credentialing with the International Coaching Federation
Successful completion of this program allows the coach to apply for ICF membership and ACC credentialing with the ICF.
Time Commitment
Students engage in online classes, complete weekly self-study, practice, and work with a pro bono client.
An average of 2-3 hours per week is required to complete self-study readings and exercises outside of the group training days. Optional Extra Material is available for those who wish to do more.
Training Pre-requisites
Participants are required to have at least 3 years work experience and the ability to undertake study at the equivalent and higher of Level 6-7 NZQA Standards (Diploma level).
