Coaching Insights - Open Conversations, Honest Reflection, Shared Insights

Coaching Insights

If you’ve worked with NZIC through mentoring, supervision, coach training, or an Under the Spotlight session, you’re invited to join Coaching Insights - a welcoming space for coaches who want to deepen their thinking, expand their reflection, and explore the realities of coaching beyond theory.

This isn’t a skills workshop or practice session. Instead, each gathering focuses on thoughtful discussion, shared experiences, and reflective dialogue. Together, we explore what it means to coach with integrity, depth, and insight, tackling the challenges and ethical questions that come up in real-world practice.

What you’ll gain:

  • A supportive, respectful space to reflect on your coaching
  • Connection with fellow coaches and shared learning
  • Fresh perspectives to expand your professional thinking
  • Insights drawn from real-life experiences - yours and others’
